Jimmy! one of the most affable and interesting grooms I’ve come across is a guy with a real sense of humour. In the video, there’re lotsa crazy antics and funny faces. Mingyan too, the bride who constantly tries to memorise her wedding vows ultimately delivers her vows in stunning fashion and utmost confidence. I definitely had tons of fun shooting their wedding and having my first shoot at the new Hort Park. A nice place I must say. Enjoy the video!

2nd Jan saw the launch of the new Volkswagen Scirocco which was hosted at Oosh, Dempsey. Oddoneout was privileged to be once again engaged by First Automobile, the organisers , to cover this event. The turnout was excellent, with throngs of people eager to get into the driver’s seat and have a feel of the new Scirocco.
What’s our personal opinion on the new Scirocco? As Jin says, “The boot is large enough to fit three human bodies.” Perfect for mobsters.

A very happy 2009 from the staff of Oddoneout!
These might be tough times, but it’s also the year of the Ox, so perhaps a little bullish-ness might be in order. With perseverance we’ll get through this
.
I’ve heard a lot of variations of this song, but they’re mostly boozy memories from my National Service days of which the most distinct recollections I have revolve around glitzy lights, techno music and off key tones (or so I was told the following day). No wonder I was usually drunk during those ocassions, it was the only way to get through the night with my sanity intact!
Needless to say, I was a little hesistant when I found out that this would be the song Class Act would be playing. Thankfully I didn’t have to reach for my keychain that doubles as a bottle opener. The style adopted was a rather refreshing take for a beautiful song that’s been corrupted by techno. My particular favourite was the opening with the er hu.
Anyway, enough drivel. Have a look for yourself and feel free to comment. – Jin

And so we did video coverage for the Global Social Innovator’s Forum organised by the Social Innovation Park. Held at the spanking new Fusionopolis, we were amazed at how different the place was. Jet Li was there and so were many ministers and well, I’d say it was really fun meeting up with old friends during the shoot. Oh well, do enjoy the pictures.
